Breast Augmentationshaped by 30,000 surgeries
Breast augmentation is the procedure Dr. Lenny is known for. He shapes size and contour to fit your frame, with saline, silicone, and cohesive gummy bear options chosen together in a private, unhurried consultation.

What Breast Augmentation Can Do
Breast augmentation uses an implant to add fullness, improve shape, and bring the breasts into better proportion with the rest of your body. It is a good fit for volume lost after pregnancy or weight change, for natural differences in size between the two sides, and for anyone who has always wanted more shape in the upper part of the breast.
The goal is rarely just larger. Dr. Lenny Roudner focuses on a result that suits your build and reads as your own. He has performed more than 30,000 breast surgeries at his Coral Gables practice, the depth of experience that lets him match implant type, size, profile, and placement to your anatomy rather than to a formula.
“My aim is a result people notice as you at your best, not as surgery. Proportion and balance matter more than any single number.”
Am I a Good Candidate?
Most healthy adults who are bothered by breast size, shape, or asymmetry can consider augmentation. It helps to be at a stable weight, in good general health, and clear about what you want to change. Patients most often come in to restore fullness lost after pregnancy or weight change, to even out breasts that differ in size or shape, to add projection and a contour that suits their frame, or simply to feel more at ease in and out of clothing.
If you are planning a future pregnancy, or are still deciding between adding volume and lifting, that is worth talking through, because the two goals are addressed differently. The clearest answer comes from an exam, where Dr. Lenny looks at your anatomy and listens to what you want to change before recommending anything.
Choosing Your Implants
There is no single best implant, only the one that best fits your body and your goals. Saline, silicone, and cohesive gummy bear implants each behave differently in feel, shape, and how they age. In your consultation Dr. Lenny walks through each option along with profile and placement, over or under the muscle, and helps you settle on a size that looks proportional rather than one chosen from a photo alone. He takes his time with this part, because the decisions made here shape the result for years.
Saline, silicone, and gummy bear
Saline implants are filled after placement, which can allow a smaller incision, and a leak is easy to notice because the body absorbs the saline. Silicone implants tend to feel closer to natural breast tissue and are a frequent choice for a soft result. Cohesive gummy bear implants hold their shape with a firmer, form-stable gel and can help maintain a consistent contour. Dr. Lenny will explain the trade-offs for your anatomy and tell you which options he would and would not recommend in your case.
The Surgery and Anesthesia
Breast augmentation is an outpatient procedure performed under general anesthesia, so you are asleep and comfortable throughout. Dr. Lenny places the implant through a discreet incision and positions it for the shape you discussed, then you recover in the office before going home the same day with someone to drive you.
His chair-side manner carries into the operating room as careful, deliberate technique. Board certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and decades focused on breast surgery mean the plan you agree on in consultation is the plan he carries out, with attention to symmetry and clean, well-hidden incisions.
Recovery and Results
Expect some swelling, tightness, and soreness in the first days, managed with medication and rest. Many patients feel ready for light daily activity within about a week and return to fuller routines and exercise over roughly four to six weeks, though your own timeline depends on your body and your work. Dr. Lenny and his team stay close through follow-up visits and answer the phone when you call.
Implants look their most settled once swelling resolves and the tissue relaxes over the weeks that follow, and the shape continues to soften into place. The result patients describe most often is one that looks proportional and natural, like themselves with a little more shape. To see whether augmentation fits your goals, the next step is a private consultation where Dr. Lenny examines you and gives honest, specific guidance. Call 305-444-8585, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Frequently asked questions
Saline, silicone, or gummy bear: which should I choose?
Each has real advantages. Saline shows a leak clearly and can use a smaller incision, silicone tends to feel more like natural tissue, and gummy bear implants hold a firmer, stable shape. Dr. Lenny reviews all three against your anatomy and goals in your consultation and tells you which he would recommend.
Will my results look natural?
That is the aim. Dr. Lenny is known for natural, proportional results and chooses implant size, profile, and placement to suit your frame rather than to reach a specific number. Bringing photos of the look you like helps guide the conversation.
How long do breast implants last?
Modern implants are durable but are not considered lifetime devices. Dr. Lenny checks implant health at your follow-up visits and will let you know if and when a revision is ever worth considering. Many patients go years without needing one.
Will I be able to breastfeed afterward?
Many patients can breastfeed after augmentation. Incision choice and implant placement can influence this, so if future breastfeeding matters to you, raise it in your consultation and Dr. Lenny will factor it into the plan.
Where are the incisions and will they scar?
Incisions are placed discreetly and depend on your implant and anatomy. Any incision leaves a mark, but Dr. Lenny positions and closes them to stay well hidden and to fade over time.
Do I need a lift as well as an augmentation?
Not always. Augmentation adds volume, while a lift raises and reshapes breasts that have begun to sag. If you want both more fullness and a higher position, the two can be combined. Dr. Lenny will tell you honestly which approach fits after examining you.
What does breast augmentation cost?
Cost depends on your implant type and the specifics of your plan, so a meaningful number comes from a consultation rather than a price list. In your visit you will get clear pricing for your individual plan. Call 305-444-8585 to arrange a private consultation.
