If only a small amount of tissue, fat, and skin are removed, Dr. Roudner may not need to make the horizontal incision. Usually the nipple and areola remain attached to the breast. If the breasts are excessively large and saggy, the nipple and areola may need to be removed and then reattached at a higher position with a skin graft.<\/p>\n
Breast Reduction – Post-Surgery<\/h2>\n
Following breast reduction surgery, the breasts will be wrapped in gauze. Dr<\/span> Roudner does not use drains. <\/span>Dr. R<\/span>oudner may prescribe antibiotics and pain medication.
